Return Policy

Because this is a close-out, over-stock, discontinued product store, we will only take returns under very limited conditions*:

We will not accept returns of product if:

• The product was exposed to the elements, including, but not limited to rain, snow, fog, excessive heat.
• The box(s) have been opened.
• The product has been physically damaged.

If you were shipped product other than what you ordered, we will pay to have it shipped back and refund your purchase price.

If you receive damaged product, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.

If you decide to return a product for any other reason, you must notify us in advance, and pay for return shipping. Upon receipt of the undamaged, unopened product we will refund 80% of the cost of the product (not including the original shipping cost). 20% will be withheld as a restocking fee.
